Read the ConversationPropert圜hangedEventArgs.Property property. Handle the Conversation.Propert圜hanged event for which you registered a handler when you obtained the Conversation. You can invite people directly by adding representative .Participant objects to the .Conversation object or you can get the admission key values from the conversation and then use a delivery mechanism such as email to send the key to people who can join the meeting by clicking a meeting URL link or dialing in to the meeting by telephone. There are two ways to get people into the new meeting. To learn about setting meeting access, see How to: Set meeting access. You should set the meeting access to the appropriate level when you obtain the meeting ConversationWindow. The default meeting access options for new meet-now meetings allow anyone to enter directly into the meeting as long as they have the meeting admission key. When participants are added, they are added directly to a meeting or to the meeting lobby. Instead, use the Conversation.ParticipantAdded event for lobby events. Any user who is added to the meeting is invited to join by using the audio device that is configured on his or her computer. The meet-now meeting uses server resources to start a conference focus and an audio MCU. This can be done programmatically or by interacting directly with the conversation window. After the meeting is started and the meeting conversation window is open, the user can invite additional users and add conversation modalities. The single participant is a meeting presenter and is the Lync 2013 user who started the meeting. Microsoft Lync 2013 SDK must be installed on the development computer.Ī meet-now meeting is started as a conversation with the IM modality connected and a single participant.
